Terms and Conditions

  1. Prices on our website are a guide only. Exact prices cannot be given via phone, email, or socials, and are only confirmed in salon upon consultation with your selected hairstylist.
  2. Online or in store bookings are subject to change. Please ensure all details are accurate when booking so we are able to contact you if required.
  3. If you cancel within less than 24 hours notice or simply do not show up at all, it impacts on us significantly and inconveniences the many other clients chat have been turned away because we were fully booked. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to give us 24 hours notice to change or cancel your booking you will be charged 25% of the service price for lace cancellation or 100% for not showing up.
  4. Some of our larger hair packages bookable online will be required to pay a $50 non refundable booking fee. This means if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, we can allocate this to your future appointment. However if you fail to give us 24 hours notice to change or cancel your booking this booking deposit is non refundable. No show will be charged 100% of the service price for not showing up.
  5. Any lace cancellation or no show fees will be added to your next visit or charged upon cancellation of your appointment.
  6. After pay and Zip payments are available in store.
  7. In the unlikely scenario that you are unhappy with your hair service, Kashmiah offers adjustments for up to a two week* period following the original appointment date. Adjustments are only provided by the original staff member.
  8. In the unlikely scenario that you are unhappy with your beauty service, Kashmiah offers adjustments up to 48 hours* following the original appointment date. Adjustments are only provided by the original staff member.
  9. We kindly ask that all appointments be attended alone without extra guests and children. This allows us to work best within our space and provide the best experience for our clients.
  10. If you feel you cannot attend without an extra guest or children, please contact us to discuss prior to your booking.
