Prices displayed online are a guide only. Exact prices cannot be given via phone, email, or socials, and are only confirmed in salon upon consultation with your selected hairstylist.
Online or in store bookings may be subject to change. Please ensure all details are accurate when booking so we are able to contact you if required.
Cancellations – We understand you may need to change or cancel your appointment with us. Our reminder messages are sent 48 hours prior to your booking to give you plenty of time to contact us if things change. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. This gives us enough time to fill the space with clients waiting for an appointment. If you cancel within less than 24 hours notice or simply do not show up at all, it impacts on us signiticantly and inconveniences the many other clients that have been turned away because we were tully booked. It you tail to give us 24 hours notice to change or cancel your booking you will be charged 25% of the service price for late cancellation or full service cost for not showing up. You will be required to pay this before another appointment can be made.

Hair or Beauty adjustments – If you have any reason you are not happy with your hair or beauty service at Kashmiah please contact the us. We know this can sometimes feel like an uncomfortable conversation to have but please know we always want our clients to walk out of the salon happy. In the unlikely scenario that you are unhappy with your hair service, Kashmiah offers adjustments for up to a two week* period following the original appointment date. Adjustments are only provided by the original staff member. In the unlikely scenario that you are unhappy with your beauty service, Kashmiah offers adjustments up to 48hours* following the original appointment date. Adjustments are only provided by the original staff member.
Children/Extras – We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone without extra guests or children (with the exception of newborns). We love meeting your family or your friends and we understand child minding can be difficult or you may want someone with you at your appointment but our space is now smaller and we unfortunately don’t have the room for extras. This allows us to provide the best experience for you and the rest of our clients in the salon. Please note this also applies for pets. Please speak to your stylist before your appointment if you have any questions.
Your Appointment – We always try our best to make sure your salon experience is an enjoyable experience yet efficient as possible, however sometimes we ourselves are running behind or our day hasn’t gone as planned. We will endeavour to let you know if we pre-emt we will be running late. When booking if you do have time constrains on the day of your appointment please let us know.
Rescheduling – Please keep in mind when rescheduling an appointment that we may not have anything available for a few weeks. We will always do our best to try and get you in as soon as possible or pop you on our cancellation list.
